You will feel an overwhelmingly welcome when entering this cozy open floor plan beach house. The primary bedroom is on the ground floor and is near the very large bathroom and laundry. Bedroom two is upstairs and offers lovely decor. The third sleeping area is an upstairs loft that sleeps 6 in beds. The home offers a comfortable family room with kitchen and dining nearby. The fully stocked kitchen has an island and dining table which are perfect for cooking, playing games, and enjoying family and friends.

Enjoy the beautiful canal views from any of the upper or lower decks. We also provide 2 kayaks for cruising the canals ir the 2 bikes for cruising the neighborhood. The outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal after grilling on the procided charcoal grill. There are two wonderful outdoor living spaces. One that has cushioned seating for 6 on the main level. We also have a picnic table for dining on the ground level. In the evening, you can enjoy the large fishing dock while casting a line. This magical getaway is a short drive to the beach or community pool (additional fee from pool mgt. company). There is a boat ramp in the community (permit required). There is a boat slip available if you decide to bring your boat. Please be sure to request a boat permit ($20 fee for launching from Jamaica Beach/permit required).   

This home is in the sought-after community of Jamaica Beach. In addition to the swimming pool and boat dock, this quiet community also offers nearby restaurants, coffee shops, liquor store, and more.  It is the perfect location for a family to swim, fish, enjoy beach time, and unwind. We are a short drive to the community pool, playground and beach. You can park your vehicle at the beach and set up your beach equipment nearby for the day. 

The city of Galveston is about 20 minutes away. The historic Strand is another wonderful place to shop for souvenirs, boutique shopping, enjoy LaKings ice cream, or one of the great restaurants. In addition to the beach, and historic locations to visit, Galveston has Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Moody Gardens, and the Pleasure Pier. You will definitely want to stay the extra day to get it all in.

Cancellation policy: No cancellations for weather. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival full refund minus a $75 processing fee Cancellations between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund minus a $75 processing fee. No refunds within 14 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
